“I’ve been a resident of this property for two years. The move in process was quick and easy! I was always kept in the loop of the application/move in process. I was placed in the perfect location And all my request had been made! I definitely felt like a valued potential tenant! During the winter storm, I had my lights and water the entire time! We were definitely blessed to have been able to stay warm during that time and management made sure we were all given appropriate notices. Trash is always picked up on time and the trash team is very pleasant. They tend to stick around just a little bit more per building to allow people to place their trash outside the door. I have a garage so I’ve never experienced any parking troubles. I would definitely suggest getting an apt with a garage attached! One of its best features! We have a new management team that is beyond superior! Mayra (I hope I spelled her name right!) Is So Sweet! She is very quick with request and very informative! There was a time where it was very difficult to get a hold of the office before the new management group came along and now we no longer have that problem! She has brought so much light to the office!! Hunter is a really great guy! You can tell he is a dedicated worker and he shows it as well. He is very warm and welcoming and makes living here a breeze! When I have ANY questions or concerns of he doesn’t have the answers he will get it and makes sure he leaves his tenants happy! Dustin, is the manager WE ALL HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR!!! I have seen him turn this property completely around in just the matter of a couple of months. I have seen him more hands on with the property more than any other manager that we have had. He doesn’t just fulfill request but ask questions to the tenants for our own inputs. He is very patient and understanding! Dustin and the rest of the team is a breath of fresh air and I’m so glad that having them on board has made living here this past year a breeze! The property is clean, the maintenance request fulfillment is quicker. This has been the best property I have rented and I look forward to continuing my tenancy!”

“The short time I stayed there I could not have experienced more pleasant, friendliness, attentive, and warm personalities anywhere else. The entire office staff to the maintenance department were always the kindest and very attentive to any security measures needed when something came up. I enjoyed that the gym was always clean, the park across the street, so very convenient for exercising and the shops and eateries and night life was within a 5 minute walking distance. The notifications of social gatherings in the office was awesome though I could not attend some. The garbage pick up was the best, set it out in the box by the door and it was picked up nightly. The extra cost to conveniently have a parking spot anytime and every time under a carport was awesome. I traveled to see my family 110 miles away or 45 the other way for my friends Zumba classes was never an inconvenience except for the traffic on 59...but I work offshore so it didn’t bother me much being home 14 days. I feel like I need to go back there soon and this time stay put ...”

I see other comments they are sadly misleading everyone had a difference experience but are you a clean person?did the roaches move in with you ? Miguel is always quick on his feet and only place I didn’t have to wait for someone to fix my ac they came to my door at 9pm only 30 minutes after I called He was there .
